Kopparberg is Now Available at the U Bar!

Kopparberg Australia launched it’s signature the Super Trouper over a year ago.  Today it is available at Macquarie Uni’s popular watering hole – the U Bar.

March 2017 saw the introduction of a classic cocktail staple – The Super Trouper. Named and created in honour of that other great Swedish tradition, that awesome foursome known as ABBA and the recognition of 40 years of worship since their tour here in 1977.

In early September 2018 we introduced it to the U Bar at Macquarie University, such a hit, it is available to purchase every day of the week!

RECIPE– Cucumber Wheels, 200ml Kopparberg Elderflower & Lime Cider, 15ml Gin, Lashings of Crushed Ice, Splash of Tonic Water

GARNISH – Cucumber wheel

GLASS – Cocktail Glass or Champagne Saucer

Pour Gin over crushed ice, Fill with delicious Kopparberg Elderflower & Lime cider, add a splash of tonic water. Garnish with cucumber wheels to further enhance the fruit finish, and enjoy responsibly.
